1. Return and Exchange Period
You may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange (Care, Beauty & Fragrance Products)
Due to the nature of consumable products and for public health reasons, beauty products, creams, perfumes, waxes, liquids, and hair masks cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, or if their original packaging has been damaged.
Returns or exchanges in this category are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.
3. Conditions for Return and Exchange (Electronic Devices)
The device must be in its original box with all its accessories and must be unused.
Devices with manufacturing defects will be handled according to our Warranty Policy (2-year warranty for devices).
4. Shipping Costs
If the reason for the return is an error in the order or a damaged product, Al Jouhi International will bear all shipping costs.
If the customer wishes to exchange or return a product for reasons other than those mentioned above, the customer shall bear the shipping fees for both delivery and return.
5. Refund Mechanism
Once the product is received, inspected, and its safety is confirmed, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account or the card used for payment within 14 business days.
